Already Implemented Sustainability Measures

• Energy-Saving Measures: Our heat and cold supply is achieved through heat recovery from the wastewater of Hirschmattstrasse, supported by EWL natural electricity.
• Social Responsibility: We focus on employee development and training, gender equality, pay equity, and transparent communication of business figures.
• Food Waste Management: A structured concept and monitoring to prevent food waste is standard for us.
• Local and Spanish Procurement: Wherever possible, we source our products from Switzerland or Spain.
• Sustainable Mobility: With an electric hotel bus and four electric vehicle charging stations, we reduce our ecological footprint.
• LED Lighting: Across the entire business, we use 100% LED lighting.
• Electronic Menus: To reduce paper waste and quickly provide up-to-date information, we use electronic menus.

• Window Renewal: All windows in the hotel rooms will be renewed to improve energy efficiency.
• Solar Panels: We plan to install solar panels for hot water generation.
• Eco-Friendly Products: We are transitioning to biodegradable cleaning chemicals and hygiene products.
• Employee Satisfaction: Regular surveys will ensure the satisfaction and engagement of our team.
• Waterfall Hotel Concept: We're promoting the most beautiful Swiss waterfalls by expanding our "Waterfall Hotel" concept.
