To ensure the seamless coordination of your event and the best dining quality, we ask you to inform the person in charge of banquets of any planned speeches and shows well in advance.
We would be happy to order matching floral decorations from our florist for your event at your expense. We provide candles free of charge. In addition, we have decorative materials in Spanish and Mexican style which you can also order free of charge.
We would be happy to create and print our menus for you. We can also compile and print special menus according to your personal wishes, for a fee based on time and material expenditure.
If you plan to arrive by car, it is important to know that we only have a limited number of parking spaces. Therefore, it is advantageous to book early. Alternatively, it is possible to purchase to buy long-term park tickets for parking areas near the hotel at our reception desk. The parking space costs CHF 20.00 per day.
All prices are quoted in CHF and include service and VAT and are per person or unit.
We are happy to provide you a sample dinner in order to become convinced of our dining facilities and services during a visit in our restaurant. Not all dishes from the recommendations are appropriate for 2-4 people. Furthermore, it is not possible for us to arrange the plates for large numbers of guests as extravagantly as for 2-4 persons. After you have had your event with us, we will credit 50% of the menu price for two people (without beverages) on your bill.
The CASCADA Hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
If your guests stay later than 0.30 a.m. (lawful closing time) in the banquet rooms, we charge CHF 200.00 for (the start of) every additional hour.
